Phelps Health Now offers access to care from your personal computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone. With Phelps Health Now, you can visit with a highly-qualified, board-certified primary care provider via video chat within minutes.

The Phelps Health Now app allows you to speak with a provider from the comfort of your home or office. No appointments or referrals are needed. Providers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.

Depending on the issue, the provider you see can diagnose, suggest follow-up care or treatment, and prescribe medication, when appropriate.

Experienced healthcare clinicians can provide care for common concerns, including the following:

If you use Apple Health, you can choose to share your health information with the provider during your video visit. You can share information, such as heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, blood glucose levels, weight, nutritional information and respiratory rate.
